Some care starts with a conversation on the calendar. FlockConnect gives each church a booking link a member can open to pick a time that works. The booking is confirmed on the spot, and FlockConnect makes its best effort to send a confirmation email, follow it with a reminder before the visit, and place the appointment, clearly marked, on the calendar the leader has connected. Members can cancel or reschedule from the same link, and staff can book on behalf of a member they already know.
