What counts as an active adult?
An active adult is a reviewed adult you choose to count. Children, archived people, inactive people, and anyone you have not counted are excluded. The number does not change Starter's price; it will determine the right plan from Small upward when those plans open.
Do I pay per staff member?
No. Starter is one flat price for your whole church, with unlimited pastors, admins, volunteer Care Partners, and no church-size cap. Small through Network will be priced by church size, never by seats.
Can I change plans as we grow?
Starter is the only plan open to new self-serve signups today. Small through Network are coming soon. When they open, you will be able to move plans as your church grows, based on active-adult count rather than users.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter includes 14 days free, and no credit card is required to begin.
