Two different jobs
Tithely is your system of record and your giving platform. It is where donations are processed, the directory lives, and events are run. Tithely does that work at real scale, and FlockConnect does not try to do it.
A Church Relationship Manager is a different tool for a different need. It tracks the connections between people, not the transactions. It answers a question a management system was never built to answer: who is quietly drifting toward the door, and who should reach out before they are gone.
What Tithely does, and keeps doing
Tithely stays your system of record. FlockConnect does not replace it, move your data out of it, or ask you to run your giving somewhere else. Your donations, your directory, your events, and your check-ins keep living in Tithely exactly as they do today. That includes Breeze, the church management product Tithely acquired and is working to bring into one platform.
FlockConnect brings a copy of your people in so a leader can work with them, and it leaves the operational work where it belongs.
What FlockConnect adds on top
FlockConnect gives each person a connection view, so a leader can see who is rooted and who is slipping. The church-wide view groups people by status, so a pastor can start with those most at risk instead of scrolling a directory.
One note on plans: Collie and the relationship-intelligence layer, including the connection view, begin with Small, where pricing varies by church size. Small through Network are coming soon. Starter centers on member notes, interaction notes, and care reports.
Collie, the assistant inside FlockConnect, can surface who looks isolated and draft a note or a next step. It is advisory only: a person reviews and approves every action before it reaches a member, and it never sends or acts on its own.
That drafting is not one trick. Collie can write a care plan, a handoff note when a care partner steps away, or a first-week plan for a newcomer, fourteen kinds of help in all, and all of it stays advisory: nothing reaches a member or a connected system unless a person approves it.
How they connect
FlockConnect connects directly to one church management system today, and that is Planning Center. For every other system, including Tithely, you bring your people in by CSV import. You export your people from Tithely as a CSV file and upload it. FlockConnect reads your columns, guesses how they map, shows you a preview, flags likely duplicates, and waits for you to approve before anyone is added.

So, is FlockConnect a Tithely alternative?
