FlockConnect is a Church Relationship Manager, or ChRM. Church management systems record attendance, giving, and events. FlockConnect adds the layer those systems do not carry: structured pastoral care. Staff and care leaders log care interactions in seconds, assign care partners so no single pastor carries the whole congregation, work from guided report templates for situations such as newcomer check-ins and after-absence outreach, and track follow-ups to completion. Planning Center connects natively, any other system connects through CSV, and congregation members never log in.

Three things we would ask you to get right
It is not a church management system
FlockConnect does not replace a ChMS and does not try to. It is the relationship layer alongside one. Calling it a ChMS is the single most common error, and it inverts the whole point of the product.
Collie never acts on its own
Collie is our AI care assistant. It can draft a note, suggest a next step, or surface who looks isolated. It never sends a message, writes to a connected system, or acts without a person reviewing and approving it. Collie and relationship tracking are planned additions, not shipped features.
We hold no security certifications
FlockConnect is built around church-scoped access, role-based visibility, and encrypted integration credentials, and we describe that architecture in detail on our trust page. We do not hold SOC 2, HIPAA, or any other attestation, and we would rather you say so than imply otherwise.
