Talk to Collie on mobile

The bottom-right floating button on mobile FlockConnect is the Collie button. Tap, type or use voice input, pick who can see it (Only me by default), and Collie processes the observation on the dashboard. Hidden for volunteer / care-partner accounts — they see only the Quick Log (+) button on the left.
